bought some boots online, gorgeous boots but arrived 2 weeks after due date and the box was so battered and torn theres no way i could gift as new. When enquiring about the return process I was informed that i have to pay to send back and regarding the delay and state of the box i was told "its not our fault what UPS does" and also "it's just a box, we have plenty, we will repackage them and sell them again". all this is in email so i have retained them. I have asked 6 or 7 times for the contact details of senior customer service people and my requests are just totally ignored. So frustrating, So ignorant and i will NEVER buy from Pajar ever again
