Their size chart and shoe tag do not match sizes!! Even after telling them that this is an issue, the problem was still not fixed on the website. I see another customer experienced the same thing. Being a Canadian company, I did not bother checking their website's reviews as I simply trusted them. Do not order from them. Their customer service is absolutely incompetent.
