Terrible customer service. Be aware they do not provide return labels, you must pay for return shipping and it is expensive. Still no refunds. Called and left 2 voice messages no one called back. Sent over 6 emails to request a return label for my 2 items no response and no acknowledgment. Although I used to like their products, this horrible customer service is definitely a trigger for me not to buy from them anymore. Now i am stuck with 2 items that don't fit cannot exchange or return so that they can refund me. they just don't respond! it is not worth it!
