If I could give my experience 0 stars I would! Beware of online purchases and returns. First, you can never speak with anyone on the phone, nor do they return your calls. Secondly, getting anyone to respond to your emails is also a joke. They send an automatic response saying they received your email, then maybe a week later a person actually may respond, but don't hold your breath. I'm still awaiting an email response to an email sent 2/14/24!
This was by far the worst online purchase experience I've ever been apart of!
