I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing their overpriced boots with ice gripper technology. The ice grippers failed and I attempted to get it resolved. It has taken over a year to get absolutely nothing. Not the replacement parts. Not a discount on a new pair. Nothing. Just a year’s worth of back and forth emails. Save your money and do not buy these boots. I instead found Korkers Snowmaggedon winter boots for women. Better technology for traction. Waterproof. And 2/3 the price!
