I already knew the quality and authenticity of Pampeano products - having spent extended periods in Argentina, the workmanship is as good as anything I've seen out there. What I hadn't yet experienced first hand was levels of customer service to get the product to me in time for Christmas that went so far beyond what you might expect that I still can't quite believe it.
