Not happy at all, if you have a laptop with a width of 12" (MacBook 2020) not not buy the 13" case. Your laptop will not fit well at all (extremely hard to push and pull out of the case), because once you take into account the stitching on either side it become 12" 1/8 laptop sleeve. The personalised initials were wonky as well. Would definitely want a refund how ever you cannot return personalised items.
The only thing good about it is the leather quality.
