As I was prompted for a review. I purchased a 100 series panel. I got a phone call the next day regarding shipping and how if the panel is damaged in shipping it is not covered through insurance and panel house will not be liable. When asked how they pack the item they said it’s in a big cardboard box with a lot of bubblewrap and the panel itself is wrapped in cardboard, I was happy with that. When the panel arrived, it arrived in an electric bike box with the bottom half panel sticking out of the box and they had used another box to make the box even bigger, there was no bubblewrap. Luckily the panel was not damaged so was happy with that. However, I was a bit surprised with how the panel was packaged. So 4 out of five stars I would’ve been disappointed if the panel was damaged, given what they told me how the panel would be packaged however no damage, so happy.
