I went in the Birmingham branch for the first time this week, although they had a good selection of stationery, most was overpriced for what it was.
I heard one of the sales assistants refer to a male customer as a "guy". This is unprofessional and discourteous, it would have been more polite if she had said "gentleman", a female customer would be called a "lady" no doubt, and this shows male customers aren't being treated with the same level of repect.
