I found the ordering process quite easy but the system needs a little tidying up. Why doesn't it say to click on the qty discount red boxes to quickly order the qty you require. Also the system can't seem to work out discounts e.g. you order 10pks of eco cloths at 3.84 multiply by 10 = 38.40, 10% discount should be 3.84 but the system gives you 3.80. Same with the glass cloths 7.92 x 10 = 79.20 less 5% should come to 3.96 but it gives you £4.00. Plus it would look better if a subtotal at full price then show the total disc given then the discounted subtotal then the v.a.t then the carriage and finally the payment total. Regarding the discount anomally, in my 40yrs involving discount structures I have come across where certain systems round down or up if the end figure to three decimal places is programmed to this on the singular pack/cloth before it does the multiplication is less or more than five. Other than that I have been dealing with "Paragon" for just over two years and have been perfectly happy with the products and how quickly they send the orders out and accurate as well.
