trying to be reasonable here and leave constructive feedback based on my two recent experiences with your company, id rate it somewhere between poor to acceptable hence the 3 star rating. my reasons for this are, on the two occasions that i have ordered from you both orders were incorrect and missing items, these items were listed on your site as 10 pack and 5 packs of cloths, yet you only sent one cloth not the stated number, which was slightly frustrating, though to give credit where it is due, you did rectify the problem straight away when i contacted you so that's why i give you 3 stars rather than 2 star rating, though i accept mistake do happen we all make them occasionally, to make the same mistake twice indicates to me that there's maybe some sort of staff training issue, lack of product knowledge, or things not listed correctly on your picking lists or computer systems,
