I went to the Camden branch, royal college st, just before closing
time this evening to post a parcel to USA. Spoke to "Rags" who was very polite & pleasant. Considering the time I went there he was still very professional. He was there late because of this & he gave me advice regarding the delivery process. I cannot fault the customer service with him in this branch.
