Lazy, rude and the worlds most unhelpful automated phone system.
Paid a premium for next day, before 9 delivery.. nothing. Then a day later I got a card through the door. If they had made any sound, they would have made a delivery as I was working from home. On CCTV the river approaches the door, not with a parcel..just the card!!! The big clue of my big van on the drive??. Lights on in the house?. So, I pay for a saturday delivery. No-one arrives. Monday..no card, no-one. Track the parcel and apparently they 'attempted to deliver' at 10.19am. My CCTV says no-one even came close all day. Telephone met with apathy and rudeness. Tomorrow I get to drive 20 miles to go and get my parcel myself.
Business owners, DO NOT USE THESE LAZY B4RST4RDS.. Pay rise??. How about sack the lot of you..
