Used their ‘worldwide’ service to send an item in April, because they ‘guarantee delivery in 1-4 days’. The item never arrived. Their ‘track and trace’ showed that it had been delivered. After over a month bogged down in their so called ‘complaints procedure’ (btw they would not give me details of their ‘escalation process’, had to write a letter separately), i was told, amongst other things, that 1. They never claimed that the item was delivered (although showed them their own ‘proof’ of this), 2. It was down to the intended recipient to take the issue up with their local agent, and nothing to do with them, 3. I was not entitled to a refund of my postage, let alone compensation!!! Appalling and unacceptable irresponsibility, attitude, ‘service’ and dishonesty. currently in breach of contract action against them with trading standards
