Poor service received a tracking number stated they received my parcel and gave a delivery date. Waited in all day but they never delivered. Heard nothing from them contacted them, they were to look into the issue, heard nothing from them.
Contacted the brand that used Parcelforce for the delivery after 10 days they informed me Parcelforce state lost in transit retail price of goods £500.
