I would say EXTREMELY POOR.
1) They failed to leave a card when there was no one at home to collect, leading to item being returned to sender.
2) When calling customer service & complaints team, they're totally defensive, unhelpful, rude, intimidating and patronising.
STAY AWAY FROM PARCELFORCE.
IF SENDING ANYTHING FROM OUTSIDE OF UK by tracking, find out if it is Parcelforce who will fulfil delivery, if yes DO NOT USE.
