Wasn't able to return $200 worth of merchandise through their online return portal despite website stating returns from canada are possible minus shipping costs. Every time I put my order number in I was told "not eligible for return". What?? Customer service never even responded to me. Now im left with two useless bras that dont fit and I'm out $200. This exact same thing happened with the brand "Curvy Kate" as well. Learned my lesson. Never buy bras online.
