No waiting, i just drove right up the airport and the guy was there waiting. When i was coming home i just sent them a text message and the car was outside arrivals with their driver, cleaned and ready to go.. I would fully recommend park butler, i can't believe this is the same price as parking with jet parks and catching the shuttle bus.
