PB offered a great price and service. Will definitely use them again. Just felt a bit sorry for the guy who had to collect my beaten up old Ford, when the guy before me had a brand new Aston. Only minor point is with the 20 minute phone call before arrival as not good to use a phone whilst driving (which assumedly 100% of their customers have to do).
