I thought the overall product, service and end result was first class. One tiny things stopped it being perfection. On arrival, as someone who hadn't driven to Terminal 1 before, I found the instructions for my drop off weren't quite clear enough to stop me having to go around the block once. However, the guy on the phone soon helped me out.
