On our departure, the person meeting us called ahead and was there to meet us. Very quick hand-over and extremely handy for the departures at terminal 1, which, with three young children, made the process much easier. On the way back, it was very hard to get hold of our driver as the reception in the terminal was poor and we couldn't get through. Not surprisingly, it took a little longer than on inward journey to get our car back, but all in all it was very straight forward process and we would definitely use it again.
