Arrival was fine and as I had to change cars on the morning staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately departure was a different matter, I rang after I had picked up my bags as required but the car took nearly 30 minutes to arrive they said they had tried to ring me (but i had no missed call) and they had sent the car back to the car park!
