Process for booking was good. Selected mainly on price compared to other options. I don't have hands free car phone so it's very difficult to phone 15 minutes before arrival while on M60 to say I will be at T3 at the time I said in my booking. Surely the phone call is only necessary if the arrival time at departures is going to be different to the time confirmed on booking? Met on time at Terminal 3 departure location and when back.
