We phoned 20 min before arrival, as instructed, and the messge was not passed on, as 10 min later we got a call asking if we were on our way. On the return journey, we phoned to say we had arrived, then realised we had come in at a different terminal (3). This time though the message was passed on and the car arrived at the rite time and place.
