I phoned Park butler on my return to inform them that I waited for 30 minutes for my car when I arrived back at T3. I didn't think this was acceptable. There was also another family in the same situation as me - they arrived on a flight from Vancouver, I arrived on a flight from San Francisco. I was told I would receive a communication from them within 24, which happened and we got a 25% voucher code for our next stay ? If I book again!
