Whilst the arrival procedure was excellent, unfortunately our meet and greet driver went to the wrong terminal to meet me upon my return. It was obviously a genuine error as he had the correct terminal written on a piece of paper - he was extremely apologetic, very polite and I subsequently received a text offering me a 10% discount next time I travel. Mistakes happen and really I couldn?t otherwise fault the service and will definitely use you again.
