They met us on time and as expected, we then just had to walk into the airport and check-in which is exactly what we wanted so that was good. On the way back we had to call them a couple of times because the line was busy but after a few minutes they answered the phone and explained where to meet them for the delivery of our car back to us. Definitely easier than taking a bus back to the car park and also quicker as well.
