We were flying from Terminal 2 and the parkbutler runner car actually pulled up beside us just as we had arrived at the terminal which was brilliant. The driver was polite and helpful. I called parkbutler when we got back to the UK and the car was waiting for us by the time we got out of the terminal. We will be using parkbutler again.
