My father in law recommended this service after using it and im not sure if my experience was normal or as good as his as I did not receive the mini valet I booked. Yes they gave me the money back instantly when I told them about the lack of clean to my car but I expected better as it was recommended. The airport manager said it was a driver error in forgetting to park the car in the valet wash section, still these things should be checked. Only good thing parking was easy and ontime. 5 out of 10 for me!
