I have been a customer of yours for several year especially frequenting the coffee shop and for years have encountered poor service and especially poor attitude to customers from one particular member of staff who is the manager in charge of pencils who thinks she is in charge of everything. She needs reminding that customers pay her wages. If you have to employ this person she must not be customer facing as it does your company no good. You have now lost my custom
