Went today, I was queuing up in the cafe, I was stood just past the till, waitress told me to move back, so rude, rolling her eyes. I’d had an awful morning bad news at the GP, fight back the tears, feeling humiliated I left. Cried in the car, been a customer for years, at the shop and online, never going back, so upset, so unnecessary.
