I wish the No Trespassing sign wasn't as blurry as it is, but it fits the requirements of State v. Dixson/Digby as revoking any implied consent for individuals to enter or search, and opens liability up for trespassers under ORS 164.245, 18 U.S.C. 242, 42 U.S.C. 1983, and Article 1, Section 9 of the Oregon Constitution.
