This review is for the customization and ordering processes only, as the item has not yet arrived. Ordering/checkout process was simple and quick. Customization screen froze a few times during the design process - one time we lost all the edits and needed to start again - but the choices on the designing page are easy to use. Can't wait for the sign to arrive!
