Bought a new Ford Estate Car from them seven years ago! They serviced it annually with no problems until my offside rear shock absorber packed in recently and I was told there were no available spare parts anywhere at the time! Got my car back from them and took it to my wife’s very reliable local mechanic who easily obtained the “unavailable” part and fixed it within 24 hours at almost half the price quoted by Parks. Don’t go near them! !
