I was very pleased the way my order and subsequent refund was dealt with.
With regard to the recommended battery for a 2010 Hyundai ix35, Yuasa actually manufacture a YBX5335 with pos and neg terminals in the correct position for this model. It might be a good idea for you to speak to Yuasa to resolve this problem with your own web recommended battery.
