The website is very good - the facility for entering the car reg. number in order to identify the correct parts is wonderful.
I had difficulty in entering the name of the shop that I wanted to pick up the part from. Having "Selected" the shop I thought that that was all tht was needed, but it didn't work so I assume that a further step was required.
However the second delivery was very prompt and I am very happy with the whole exercise.
