Dear Sir, The service was good, but unfortunately the product I required was not sent correctly. The return procedure was very good but I am not sure why I have not had the full refund. The fault was with you insomuch that your colleague Shaun, gave me the wrong part number, so why have I not had the full refund ?; the error was not my fault.
