I ordered some service car parts and it was delivered the next day which was great. Unfortunately I made a mistake of ordering for one spark plug instead of four. I went on their website to order for the other three plugs but the price has gone up from £18.96 to £22.75. All within 48 hours!!!! I called their customer service to enquire why the price of the plug has suddenly gone up by whooping 20% while their website is still claiming 50% discount. Instead of their staff to explain the reason to me, he became very rude and obnoxious. His attitude was that he does not care about their customer or their business which is a shame. This is because my belief is that we need to patronise small to medium business like theirs instead of giant like Amazon or Europarts. This is to enable their business to grow and encourage competition. Good business should not just be about selling goods; it should also include good customer service which is missing in their service. Due to this I do not think that I will buy from them again.
