Ordered a battery direct from the website, got confirmation email but no tracking info, emailed them directly for tracking info, no reply! Phoned them following day order has been misplaced and not dispatched :( Re ordered asked for some sort of compensation nothing offered not even AM delivery. Battery arrived happy with product and price, service not so much.
