Chose an alternative company if you want to ensure you receive your order on time, or, at all! I placed an order in good faith on 290421 and paid a premium of £6.95 to ensure delivery on 040521.The order was for £72 and comprised of many items for a 50th Birthday, on 050521. To date, the order has never materialised. Hermes state they are still awaiting receipt of my order from Party Delights and the tracking does state such. However, Party Delights insist Hermes have the order! For 3 days now I have awaited a Manager call back to no avail-the Manager is busy every time I call, and each time I’m promised a call back, which subsequently never materialises. Yesterday I was advised a refund cannot be processed until the whereabouts of the order is known! Please consider an alternative company and ensure such uses a reliable and professional delivery courier. A 50th Birthday ruined and not even an apology!
