Ordered an item for my sons birthday two weeks in advance & it never arrived. Had to follow up with a email two day after i placed order as I had got no confirmation of. my oder. It was seemingly despatched a few hours later then. Never arrived. Also emailed with a complaint and never got a response. Stay well clear & order your party supplies off a more reliable, trustworthy website...
