We booked spider man through this company for January 26th between 2pm-3pm. Our son is special needs and his favorite super hero is spider man. We had over 40 guests and as the kids eagerly awaited spider man never showed. I have been calling everyday since and representatives from the Philippians have assured me that a supervisor would get back to me and no one has. They still have my deposit and now there is much more emotional damage involved. I can’t believe a business like this exist.
