Truly excellent product, service, arrival, use. I love the product and think it's a snip at the price. I lost my charger in Vegas and had to buy another battery and it cost $25 and was poo! Also, I come home and ask if I can replace said lost charger, my fault etc., and they charge delivery only. Fabulous. Then, awaiting delivery, I got an email from Royal Mail asking if I'd like to add a note to delivery in case I'm not in, which I wasn't going to be so put my friend's flat no. in for drop off there instead. Only I got the numbering wrong and posted to my vile neighbour who promptly declared upon Royal Mail delivery receipt that he hadn't had any delivery. Well he's a fibber, my fault, but P A S O lt me order another charger delivery only. And yes, my neighbour will bloody regret it big time, little tea leaf. But P A S O - amazing.
