Site functionality is ok, however prior to or post payment there doesn’t seem to be anything informing you of how your transaction will be confirmed, e.g. a screen showing you what you just ordered, an order confirmation number, information explaining what you need to show when you arrive at a venue, a message informing you that you will receive an email (and that said email should be used for entry to the venue).
