My experience was in purchasing a gift. I had problems getting the website to process my credit card and gave up. Rosie sent me an email to acknowledge this had happened and after a couple of further emails, assured me that the situation was rectified. I then tried again and completed the transaction. This was really good customer service and essential for any new business to succeed. Well done!
