I had some technical issues/ confusion on the site, but I ended up figuring it out. The customer service was amazing - very quick (even on a Sunday) and helpful and reassured me that it had all worked out. The layout of the site is really pleasant and fun to scroll through. Despite some confusion, it was a really positive experience overall!
