I have found the customer service and live chat help to be first class tip top! Unusually friendly, human and explaining everything so clearly and on time. I usually don't like live chat as it feels like chatting to a robot but this is definitely a real person, and one I would happily buy a coffee at that! The site is easy to use and has great flexibility. Makes it a fun and joyful process to set up our wedding and honeymoon gift list with. And I hope it will make even those who aren't super web savvy able to get something for us that we will really cherish.
