Customer support is what I found most admirable. Had a few questions at the start, and got responses quite quickly, not sounding robotic at all. You can feel this is not just some set it and forget it kind of stuff. They helped me understand how the targeting worked and gave some tips to better my profile too. It was way more hands-on than I had anticipated. I felt much better about letting them have my account.
