AFTER placing my order with 5-10 business days shipping stated on the web site, I received
an email “Our 7-10 "business days" (M-F excluding holidays) delivery may take a little longer at times, but we're committed to offering you an excellent buying experience.”
Well, customer service has not replied to my inquiry on the shipping status. I just want the product I paid for… Being a small, American owned business does not excuse poor customer service.
