We required shutters for 4 windows in our bungalow. Paul came along and measured up and gave us a quote which we accepted and paid a deposit. He was honest with how long we would have to wait until delivery. The delivery was spot on and Andy the fitter came and installed the shutters in a friendly and professional manner and must say they look brilliant and am extremely pleased with the way our order was dealt with throughout the order process.
